2. What type of paper are your prints made on?
Our posters are printed on premium 240gsm HD Matte paper, which delivers a high-quality finish. This type of paper enhances the vibrant colors and intricate details of our designs, making your artwork truly stand out.

3. Are the available prints the only ones you sell?
Currently, our collection features the designs listed on our website. However, we’re continually creating new collections and updating our inventory, so be sure to check back often for fresh additions!

4. Do you offer custom prints?

Ordering from our collection is easy! Simply browse our online selection prints, add your favourite pieces to your cart, and follow the checkout instructions for a seamless purchasing experience.

7. What type of packaging is used for shipping?
We take great care in packaging our prints. Each poster is lovingly packed in a sturdy mailing tube, and sealed in plastic to protect it from the elements during delivery. This ensures your artwork arrives in perfect condition.

8. How much does shipping cost, and where do you ship?
Currently, we deliver exclusively to New Zealand & Australian addresses.
North Island: $6, South Island: $12 & Australia $45.
If you're located outside NZ and AUS, you can still enjoy our art by purchasing digital prints for immediate download, allowing you to print locally.

9. How long does it take for orders to arrive?
Our print-to-order process takes about 3 days to ensure your artwork is produced with care. Once your order is processed, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email, and your order should arrive within 1 to 4 days. Please note that rural areas may experience slightly longer delivery times.

10. Do you ship internationally?
At this moment, we only ship to New Zealand and Australia. However, we're actively working on expanding our international shipping options. In the meantime, if you're outside these regions, consider purchasing our digital prints, which allow you to support local printing services in your area while still enjoying our unique designs.

11. The print I want doesn't have a digital version.
We’re sorry about that! We’re gradually adding digital files to each print. Feel free to email us at designbycleo.nz@gmail.com or send us a direct message on social media, and we’ll get your digital print to you as soon as possible.

13. What sizes do you sell?
